A shared commitment. A lasting contribution.
The Paarl Boys’ High Foundation Trust is an independently governed Trust established to support the School’s development and long-term sustainability.
Working with the School, School Governing Body and Old Boys’ Union, we connect identified priorities with the relationships, expertise and financial support needed to help realise them.
Our community includes Old Boys, current and past parents, families, businesses and friends of Boishaai. Together, we invest in the facilities, resources and opportunities that help young men flourish.

Independent governance. Shared purpose.
Our Board of Trustees brings together Old Boys with experience across property, finance, business, medicine and sport. Representatives of the School, School Governing Body and Old Boys’ Union are invited to participate in quarterly Trustee meetings.

Orthopaedic surgeon bringing specialist medical knowledge and professional experience to the Board.

Retired actuary with extensive experience in financial analysis, investment and risk.

Experienced property developer with strong commercial and investment expertise.

Accountant and financial adviser with expertise in financial management, reporting and governance.

Former Springbok captain bringing high-performance sporting experience, leadership and extensive networks.

Justin Bend
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Justin leads the Foundation’s day-to-day work, with responsibility for fundraising, donor stewardship, strategic development and the implementation of Trustee-approved priorities.
He works with Trustees, School partners and supporters to turn shared priorities into action and maintain strong relationships across the Boishaai community.
