Our stakeholders have received newsletters over the last few months to bring them up to speed with our big building project, the acquisition of prime properties in Main Road Paarl, bordering the school museum and the school grounds. These properties, Main Road 238 – Main Road 244 Paarl, provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to the school to enlarge its campus.
This will set up Paarl Boys’ High to face the future with confidence. These properties also provide a healthy current rental income, ensuring further income to the school.
Investors can become involved in this project in one of two ways:
1. Make donations to form part of the purchase price of the properties; or
2. Loan an agreed-upon capital amount to the Foundation. As an investor with a tangible stake in the new ownership of the properties you will receive back your capital together with interest over time. As security for your investment you will hold preference shares in the company that will own the properties.
